Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals.
2. Provide expert advice on HR matters to department heads and other stakeholders.
3. Coordinate recruitment projects, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
4. Analyze workforce data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
5. Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely payment and benefit administration.
6. Promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within our organization.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
