Job Title: Senior Team Leader

**About the Role:**

Senior Team Leaders provide leadership and management of a team to ensure high-quality child protection services. They achieve this through collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and management to deliver quality child protection service delivery consistent with legislation, policies, practice guidelines, and HR principles.
* Allocate and prioritise work tasks in accordance with departmental policy, the Framework for Practice, and statutory responsibilities.
* In conjunction with the Service Centre Manager, develop service responses to meet client needs.
* Identify training needs and collaborate with training specialists to define content development and implementation.
* Develop enduring partnerships to enhance cross-sector collaboration.
* Foster a culture of frontline service delivery, cooperation, teamwork, and professional ethics.
* Actively participate as a member of the Child Safety Service Centre Management Team and in quality assurance reviews.
* Provide authoritative advice on complex casework matters, policy, legislation, and practice.
* Enhance the community by practising excellence in service delivery and public administration.
