About the Company Our client is a leading national civil contractor delivering complex mining and infrastructure projects across Australia. With a strong footprint across tier 1 mining operations in WA, they specialise in bulk earthworks, haul roads, drainage, NPI and associated mine infrastructure. Due to continued project awards and a strong forward pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their WA operations team. About the Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of civil mining construction projects on tier 1 mine sites. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships. This role operates on a FIFO 2/1 roster from Perth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams across planning, mobilisation, execution and close-out phases. Oversee bulk earthworks, haul roads, drainage, TSF works, concrete and NPI infrastructure packages. Manage full project P&L, cost forecasting, budgeting and financial performance. Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Drive site safety culture and ensure strict compliance with all statutory and client requirements. Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure performance targets are achieved. Maintain strong working relationships with tier 1 mining clients and key stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect programme and budget. Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to engineers and supervisory teams. About You Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering large-scale civil infrastructure or mining projects. Proven experience working on tier 1 mining sites within WA. Demonstrated experience managing bulk earthworks and mine infrastructure packages. Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing project financial performance. Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work FIFO 2/1 roster in remote WA locations. Valid Australian driver’s licence and full working rights.
