Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Billing Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP Billing Tariff solutions for Utilities customers.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the company's standards and procedures.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and implement SAP Billing Tariff solutions for Utilities customers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Provide expert-level technical support and training to customers and internal teams
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP Billing Tariff configuration and implementation
* Strong knowledge of Utilities industry and tariff implementation for Utilities customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
