2. Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
3. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
4. Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems.
5. Excellent financial literacy and IT skills.
6. Ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
