Shape the future of manufacturing at CSR Hebel. We're on the lookout for a proactive Maintenance Planner to join our dynamic team at CSR Hebel in Somersby. This is a critical role supporting our 24/7 manufacturing operations — responsible for optimising preventative and predictive maintenance through best-in-class planning and SAP-based systems. About the Role: As our new Maintenance Planner, you'll play a key role in delivering maintenance excellence. You will: Plan, schedule and coordinate all maintenance activities using SAP PM Drive short- and long-term planning strategies to reduce downtime and increase asset reliability Develop and refine task lists, project shutdowns and hazard rectification schedules Ensure optimal spare parts and contractor availability for planned works Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors, Production, and cross-functional teams About You: We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and brings: Strong experience in maintenance planning in an industrial setting (highly regarded) SAP PM proficiency (essential) Trade background or engineering qualification (highly regarded) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
