About the Role
This is a rare, full-time opportunity to oversee our Parts Department. You will:
* Lead and inspire the team to achieve department goals
* Manage the end-to-end parts order process
* Provide accurate parts interpretation to customers
* Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
* Record lost sales daily to maintain inventory control
* Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
* Ensure all parts are charged out correctly before issuance
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in the automotive or parts industry
* Professional, detail-oriented and customer-focused
* Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
* A confident communicator and time manager
* Licensed to drive (manual essential)
* Willing to complete a company-provided National Police Check
