**How will I help?**
BT Financial Group (BT) is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Group. The Client Account Specialists who form this team are responsible for the technical administration and relationship management to ensure the correct processing of our customers superannuation and investment requests.
The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing superannuation and investment requests for our members, including Payments Out, Account Closures, Family Law and Deceased Estate processing.
- Build relationships with internal and external clients to support them and their enquiries.
- Liaising with advisers to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions regarding process efficiencies.
