Position Description
* Ensuring all payments comply with Awards, EBAs, Fair Work, Superannuation, and legislative requirements.
* Identifying and consolidating payroll compliance risks and issues.
* Maintaining award data and ensuring wages align with industrial instruments.
* Liaising with Systems teams to implement payroll changes.
* Responding to escalated payroll compliance queries.
* Developing frameworks for payroll governance and compliance controls.
* Conducting internal audits and implementing recommendations.
* Providing training and support to payroll teams on compliance matters.
Candidate Profile
* Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and award interpretation.
* Proven experience in payroll compliance, including Superannuation and Payroll Tax.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‐solving ability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
