Job Title:
A strategic opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening governance frameworks and providing legal expertise.
The position requires working across the organisation to ensure governance, quality and risk programs are robust, transparent, and effective.
* Safeguarding the implementation and ongoing improvement of our governance framework.
* Facilitating external legal advice and delivering in-house guidance on complex matters.
* Coordinating our lease and land tenure portfolio, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements.
* Providing advice, training, and guidance to staff on governance and legal issues.
* Managing complaints and investigations in line with our Complaints Management Policy.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Preparing high-quality reports, policies, procedures, and briefings to support informed decision-making.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in commercial/community leasing and complaints handling.
