About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee our facilities ensuring they are safe, clean and well-maintained for residents.


Key Responsibilities:

* Cary out general repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting) and maintain gardens and common areas to a high standard.
* Oversee cleaning and upkeep of shared facilities (kitchens, BBQs, laundries).
* Coordinate scheduled maintenance and manage spare parts.
* Support inspections and liaise with contractors when required.


About You

To be successful in this role we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

* Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* A safety-first mindset and understanding of basic OH&S principles and chemical handling.
* Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality/property management sector.
* The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
