Assistant Store Manager Role Overview

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a store, providing support and development opportunities to team members in order to deliver exceptional customer service.

Assistant Store Managers work closely with Store Managers to achieve business objectives, coaching and developing team members while leading by example.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the store team to ensure seamless operations.
* Develop and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next level. They should possess relevant retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations knowledge. Mechanical/automotive parts expertise and a valid driver's license are highly beneficial.
