Position: Emergency Medical Education & Training (EMET) Program Support Officer. Location: Griffith, New South Wales. Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (until December 2025). About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Program Support Officer - Emergency Medicine Education to join Griffith Health Service in this role designed to facilitate and support the delivery of medical education.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate training for the Emergency Medicine Certificate and Diploma in the EMET Program
- Act as the link between ACEM, Griffith Health Service, and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery of training and educational activities
- Support candidates, trainees, and supervisors with access to learning resources and tools
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Emergency Medicine, Director of Medical Services or delegate
- Assist with preparation of reports, maintain records, and support accreditation processes

- Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Solid administrative and coordination skills, ideally within a healthcare or education setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional service delivery
