About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially savvy and people-focused Regional Franchise Manager to lead and elevate our franchise network across Western Australia. Reporting to the State Retail Operations Manager – WA, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitability, strengthening franchise relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across your region.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with franchisees to develop tailored business plans and drive performance across tyre, auto service, and retail categories
- Franchise Engagement: Build strong, respectful relationships that align with Bridgestone’s TRACE behaviours
- Operational Excellence: Support new store launches and franchisee onboarding, while championing key programs and initiatives
- Performance Management: Achieve sales and profit targets, optimise store operations, and implement growth strategies
- Safety & Sustainability: Lead by example in promoting Bridgestone’s ‘Perfect Safety’ vision and E8 Commitment
About You
You’re a results-driven leader with a passion for retail and a knack for building high‑trust relationships. Whether you’re an experienced franchise professional or a high-performing store manager ready to step up, you bring a strategic mindset and a hands‑on approach to everything you do.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in retail operations, franchise management, or field sales (automotive/tyre industry preferred)
- Robust commercial acumen and understanding of business planning and customer engagement
- Familiarity with the Franchising Code of Conduct
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A collaborative, safety-first mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Flexibility to travel across WA to support your franchise network
- Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or franchising (desirable but not essential)
