We’re looking for a proactive and relationship‑driven Mining Product Support Representative to support our customers across the Gunnedah region. In this role, you’ll work closely with mining clients to identify aftermarket sales opportunities, optimise fleet performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

About The Role
Reporting to the Mining Support Manager, you will:
Identify and capture aftermarket sales opportunities through fleet performance analysisManage customer accounts, ensuring opportunities are actioned and reportedCollaborate with technical specialists on equipment performance and improvement initiativesSupport key customer projects to deliver positive operational outcomesMaintain forecasts and sales data to drive aftermarket sales strategiesPromote continuous improvement and identify internal opportunities to enhance service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Current driver’s licenceExperience achieving sales targets in a customer‑facing roleExposure to heavy mining equipment (highly regarded)Strong relationship‑building, customer service and communication skillsAnalytical thinking with sound problem‑solving and negotiation capabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of computer literacy (MS Office)
