About this Role:
This role supports the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit, and inventory productivity measures through accurate allocations. With an analytical approach to allocation accuracy, you will directly influence our profitability.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Allocate stock to stores based on strategic insights.
* Monitor and manage receipts and deliveries into store and DC for seamless operations.
* Manage warehouse stock and replenish stores proactively.
* Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities and risks.
* Conduct size, store, and profile analysis to optimize stock allocation.
* Consolidate best sellers and fragmented lines to enhance efficiency.
* Evaluate impacts of allocation decisions and make recommendations.
* Communicate effectively with stores and the Retail Team.
* Cordinate New Stores Stock Packages.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in allocation with a focus on data-driven decision making.
* Able to understand and interpret data analytics to inform business decisions.
* Strong understanding of merchandise inventory basics.
* Proactive approach with strategic thinking skills.
* Advanced Excel skills to drive insights and recommendations.
