What You'll Do
* Be the go‐to for first-level support—whether it's hardware hiccups, software issues, or network queries.
* Help track and resolve service tickets using our IT support platform.
* Guide users through everyday tech problems, both remotely and in person.
* Keep our knowledge base up to date by documenting solutions and fixes.
* Contribute to software updates, system backups, and routine maintenance.
* Learn from experienced IT professionals and grow your knowledge with hands‐on experience.
* Stay ahead of the tech curve through ongoing training and development opportunities.
What You Bring
* A keen interest in IT and problem‐solving.
* Great communication skills—can explain tech in simple terms.
* A team‐first attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
* Completed Year 12 (a qualification in IT or related field is a bonus).
* Any experience in customer service or technical support is helpful but not essential.
* Certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are an added advantage.
