Job Description
As a Retail Team Member, you will create, support, and contribute to a high‐performance culture, ensuring that a great customer experience is enabled across the store.
* Help across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
* Provide a high level of customer service standards, including pre‐sale, during and post‐sale.
* Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
* Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
Qualifications
* Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
* Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
* Customer focus and result‐driven.
* Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
