What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels, minimising stockouts, overstocking, and food waste.
- Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure products reach stores on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, marketing, finance) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, 3PLs).
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Analyse supply chain data, track KPIs, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Assist with system upgrades and integration of new supply chain technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimisation, sustainability initiatives, and risk management strategies.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep things moving smoothly. You’ll be skilled in managing suppliers, driving efficiencies, and supporting growth, with strong commercial acumen and project management capability. A natural collaborator, you’ll bring adaptability, attention to detail, and the confidence to make timely decisions that deliver real results.
You’ll also bring
- Prior supply chain experience, ideally in QSR, retail, or fast-paced hospitality.
- Proven track record in supplier management, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
- Strong project and contract management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Commercial and financial acumen with solid knowledge of sales and operational planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and confidence in making timely decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with supply chain systems.
