The Opportunity
BDA is looking for a
Warehouse Supervisor
who will join the C-17 Globemaster G3 team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role is based at RAAF Base Amberley.
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities to meet operational goals.
Manage inventory control, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Monitor and optimise warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to support supply chain operations.
Train, mentor, and develop warehouse team members.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on warehouse performance.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in Warehouse management Principles & Systems i.e. SAP, MILIS and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven history in developing a protected work environment.
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
