This is a full-time opportunity for an ambitious and progressive finance professional to partner with project directors by providing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting for maintenance and capital works.

About the Role
As a finance leader, you will be responsible for leading a team in maintaining the integrity of financial systems, monitoring performance against targets, and preparing analysis and reporting to meet internal and client requirements.
You will participate in regular contract reviews, drive continuous improvement in end-to-end processes, and lead and develop direct reports.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A relevant degree in accounting.
* CPA qualification.
* 5+ years in finance management experience.
* Demonstrated experience within Capital Works will be highly regarded.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to manage, maintain, manipulate, and analyse complex data sets.
* Experience with SAP will be an advantage.
