Coordinate stakeholder and end user environment scans to inform the training needs analysis for the conceptualisation, design and develop high quality blended learning artefacts
- Utilise and applies best practices to design high quality learner-centric digital learning experiences and resources (using Articulate Rise, Storyline and Microsoft Office suite products)
- In consultation with key stakeholder's design, develop and maintain knowledge repositories to support both internal and external audiences
- Coordinate end user support (virtual and/or onsite) for internal and external stakeholders who utilise the departments core ICT systems including incident management in ServiceNow
- Contribute to and enhance the development, maintenance, and management of training records to ensure accountability and transparency in a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Monitor and report on learning outcomes, including effectiveness and offer recommendations to improve future programs
- High level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams with different levels of technical knowledge
- Ability to assess priorities, problem solve, manage components of work and negotiate for positive outcomes
- Work closely with Departmental practice training units to ensure a cohesive learning outcome for all users - in both practice and technology
- Work closely with Departmental Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural representatives to ensure that a cultural lens is applied to the training development and delivery.
