Marketing Content Specialist

About the Role:
This newly created position will be responsible for creating engaging digital and offline content that educates, inspires, and supports customers and sales teams. Based in our Jandakot, Perth WA office, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to develop compelling content, including case studies, blog posts, white papers, product articles, emails, and landing pages.
The ideal candidate will have experience in content marketing, communications, or design for B2B or technical/industrial audiences. They will possess outstanding copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas. A working knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms, and content best practices is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development: Craft high-quality content that reflects our tone of voice, brand guidelines, and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with internal experts - Sales, Product Managers, Engineers - to translate technical insights into valuable customer content.
3. Plan and produce short-form video content, including scripting, storyboarding, and basic editing.
4. Maintain and optimise content in our website CMS, aligned with SEO best practices.
5. Contribute to campaigns, product launches, and internal communications with content that supports clear outcomes.
6. Sales Enablement & Design: Design and format PowerPoint decks, brochures, flyers, and one-pagers that help Sales communicate clearly and persuasively.
7. Ensure all materials are accurate, brand-aligned, and delivered on time.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in content marketing, communications, or design for B2B or technical/industrial audiences.
* Outstanding copywriting and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
* Working knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms, and content best practices.
* Proficiency in design tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and ideally Adobe Creative Suite.
* Organised and adaptable, able to balance multiple content and design tasks at once.
