A little taste of your day-to-day:
* Welcome and greet every guest with warmth and authenticity
* Understanding offerings, menu, service style and promotional activities
* Provide great customer service, sharing your own unique story and style
* Preparing and serving a variety of hot, cold and specialty beverages to a high standard
* Receiving and processing payments accurately
* Collaborating with Events team and kitchen to provide seamless service across F&B offerings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills—approachable and articulate
* Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits
* Strong attention to detail—creating amazing service moments with the team
* Motivation—your presence will impact your team and guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energised
* Great teamworking attitude
* Valid South Australian RSA and Safe Food Handling certifications
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
