What You Will Be Doing
* Reviewing property valuation reports for compliance
* Checking reports against industry standards and lender-specific requirements
* Determining if reports can be submitted or need corrections
* Processing a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task-focused environment
Job Qualifications

* A sharp eye for detail – you don't miss the small things, and accuracy is second nature
* Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks – pride in completing work consistently and to a high standard
* The ability to focus independently – productive without needing frequent interaction or oversight
* A process-driven mindset – enjoy following clear guidelines within a defined framework
* No formal qualifications are required, but this role is well-suited to:
* Students currently studying property valuation, as it can count toward 3 months of required 12-month industry experience
* Individuals seeking to enter property, compliance, or financial services through a focused, non-client-facing position
