The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Support Customer Service team. You would play a key role in delivering high‑quality sales and service support to Rheem and Solahart customers. This position is responsible for managing customer enquiries received through phone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

* Assisting customers by identifying products, processing sales orders, and resolving order‑related issues.
* Managing pricing enquiries, including resolving disputes, issuing credits, and coordinating product returns.
* Investigating and responding to delivery‑related questions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Providing exceptional customer service aligned with Rheem's Customer Service Excellence standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
* Working collaboratively as part of the Customer Support Team by contributing to shared tasks, supporting colleagues, and helping balance workloads.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and offering subject‑matter expertise to support business projects.
* Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including interstate Sales Representatives, After Sales Service teams, warehouse staff, and remote subcontractors.

About you

To be successful it is essential you have similar customer service experience within a contact centre environment. In addition, you will:

* Enjoy and be effective working in a team.
* Have experience in dealing with and resolving issues for customers.
* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Have a high attention to detail.
* Have a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
* Flexible and adaptable to support rostered hours between 8am and 5pm.
* Experience with SAP is strongly desirable.
