About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll help lead the successful implementation of MAGIQ Performance for our clients. You’ll confidently demonstrate all software modules and manage client relationships throughout planning, design, and delivery, to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
You’ll work closely with our PMO and Provisioning teams to deliver implementations, and support the Sales team through formal presentations, product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions. Your goal is to help customers get the most out of MAGIQ Performance and achieve great outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications
Key requirements include:
* Bachelor or post‑graduate degree in information systems, financial accounting, project management or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years in a consulting or presales role
* SQL experience (MS SQL/MySQL)
* Confidence presenting and training in group settings
* Strong relationship‑building skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
* Ability to prioritise and manage timelines effectively
* Willingness to travel within Australasia
* Class C Driver’s Licence
* Previous experience working with MAGIQ Performance is desirable
