Commercial Property & Leasing Administrator
Location: Adelaide
Employment Type: Full‐Time
The Opportunity
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator to take ownership of leasing and property financial processes across a varied commercial portfolio. This standalone role works closely with senior leaders and suits someone confident working autonomously, following structured processes, and delivering consistently accurate outcomes.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* End‐to‐end leasing administration across commercial properties and selected residential assets.
* Preparing and coordinating lease documents, variations, extensions and agreements alongside senior stakeholders.
* Maintaining accurate lease and property data within internal systems.
* Administering tenant outgoings, monitoring arrears and managing monthly invoicing, including CPI and fixed increases.
* Liaising with tenants, solicitors, valuers and internal teams on leasing and administrative matters.
* Supporting leasing reports, reconciliations and property documentation management.
About You
You are a dependable, detail‐focused administrator who takes ownership of your work and sees tasks through to completion. You bring:
* A proactive, professional approach with a strong work ethic.
* Solid administrative capability and confidence managing multiple priorities.
* Excellent accuracy with documentation and data.
* The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
* Sound judgment, discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Skills & Experience
* 3 years' experience in commercial property or leasing administration.
* Strong general administration and document management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Experience with property management systems (Progenesis or similar); MYOB desirable.
* Strong numeracy skills to support CPI adjustments and outgoings administration.
* A Certificate or Diploma in Property and/or a Property Licence are advantageous but not essential.
