Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Recruitment Agency Manager in the hospitality or travel industry. This is a full-time opportunity for a driven and self-motivated individual with outstanding communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and developing new business, managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, achieving individual sales activity and sales targets, and ensuring key performance benchmarks are achieved.
