We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with proven experience in high-rise building design and delivery. Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• 3-6 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on high-rise and commercial building projects
• Solid understanding of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned systems, slab design, core/shear walls and columns
• Proficient in structural analysis software - ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept & SAFE
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and collaborative
• Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards
Duties & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Principals and Project Directors to drive major projects to successful completion.
• Design and analysis of structural systems for high-rise buildings using Australian Standards and relevant international codes
• Collaborate with senior engineers, drafters, and project teams to deliver cost-effective and practical engineering solutions
• Prepare and review engineering documentation, including design reports, specifications, and construction drawings
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and project requirements
