About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement with external suppliers, ensuring seamless vehicle procurement processes that meet all SLA's and KPI's.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficient Management of Asset Orders: Manage all asset orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring vehicle procurement aligns with company and supplier guidelines.
* Vehicle Ordering and Supplier Acceptance: Coordinate vehicle ordering and supplier acceptance processes to ensure smooth delivery.
* On-Time Delivery Management: Provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding on-time deliveries.
* Vehicle Confirmation and Delivery: Oversee vehicle confirmation and delivery processes.
* Off-Lease and Vehicle Return Management: Handle off-lease and vehicle return management.
* Shared Inbox Management: Manage shared inboxes effectively.
* Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver consistently exceptional customer service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Experience in Leasing, Finance, or Automotive Industry: Preference given to candidates with relevant experience in leasing, finance, or automotive industry.
* Customer Service and Procurement Experience: Relevant customer service and procurement experience is essential.
* ERP System Background: Proficiency in using ERP systems, including Miles, is required.
* Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office suite.
* SLA Meeting Skills: Strong ability to meet set SLAs.
* Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: A great problem solver who enjoys working in a vibrant, energetic team.
