- Serve as the first point of contact for the public, handling queries, feedback, and news tips with professionalism.
- Manage the flow of incoming information, including press releases and correspondence.
- Process payments for our network of valued contributors.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
