LVLY and Bloomeroo deliver tens of thousands of bouquets, gifts and good days every year. We're now looking for a Brand Manager to help us keep lifting the bar on how both brands look, sound and show up in the world.
The shape of the role
This is an execution-led Brand Manager role, reporting to our Regional Head of Marketing. Strategy and the campaign calendar sit with your manager - your job is to turn it into brilliant work.
You'll own day-to-day delivery across both brands: campaigns, content, photoshoots, copy, partnerships, PR and social. You'll also lead a team of two (Social Media & Content Creator + Graphic Designer), which for the right person is a great first step into people leadership.
A typical month
* Running a Mother's Day photoshoot - shot list, styling, directing the crew
* Briefing your Graphic Designer on a new landing page and paid social creative
* Working with your Social Media & Content Creator on the TikTok plan
* Writing copy for the next big campaign and keeping everything on-brand
* Managing an influencer partnership from first email to go-live
* Running weekly 1:1s with your two reports and unblocking them
You'll likely be a fit if you have
* 3–4 years in a brand, content or campaign marketing role (consumer, e-comm, retail or agency)
* A portfolio of work you've actually shipped
* Strong copy and a good eye for design
* Confidence running photoshoots and directing creative
* Hands‐on social experience (IG, TikTok especially)
* An appetite to manage and develop a small team
