We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global mobility operations. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.
This leadership role will be responsible for designing and implementing effective global mobility programs, policies, and strategies. This includes immigration, relocation, and assignment programs, with a focus on employee-centric mobility experience, operational excellence, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global mobility, with experience managing a global team and vendors.
This role involves setting the global mobility strategy and direction, managing a global team, and overseeing ad-hoc projects. The successful candidate will also partner closely with internal teams, including talent acquisition, HR, finance, and legal.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant working experience in global mobility, preferably with experience in immigration and managing a global team.

The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workload and competing deadlines.
