Job Title: Deputy HR Delivery Lead
The organisation requires a senior professional with expertise in translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing enterprise ICT solutions, particularly within the Human Resource Management (HRM) functional domain. The successful candidate will have substantial experience delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions, specifically in large-scale, complex enterprise environments, with a proven ability to support major ERP transformation programs.
* Supporting end-to-end ERP implementation activities across functional streams
* Overseeing domain-specific delivery efforts from external delivery partners
* Supporting testing, data migration, training, and cutover aligned with program objectives
* Advising on SAP best practice design and integration across business processes
* Engaging business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organisational needs
* Monitoring risk, quality, and scope throughout program lifecycle phases
* Providing subject matter expertise on ERP functional capabilities and emerging technologies
* Contribute to governance and assurance across solution delivery and ERP implementation partners
* Ensure delivery activities align with business goals, delivery frameworks, and best practices
* Work within the leadership team to define scope, plans, and deliverables for upcoming phases
* Provide expert input into vendor evaluations and delivery partner alignment
* Support and contribute to project methodologies and governance processes
* Ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes while maintaining cross-team collaboration and integration
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
* 8+ years of experience delivering complex SAP ERP transformation programs, particularly in the Human Resource Management domain
* Proven leadership experience managing functional teams, project delivery, or solution delivery within ERP environments
* Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP modules and tools
* Demonstrated expertise in SAP best practices, end-user-focused solution design, and enterprise architecture
* Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex concepts effectively
* A collaborative leader with experience working across delivery partners, internal teams, and business units to deliver cohesive solutions
Nice to Have:
* Exposure to Oracle HR systems or familiarity with multi-platform environments
* Previous experience in government or defence-related projects
* Understanding of security-cleared environments and processes
