Personal Carer – BlueCare
BlueCare seeks a personal carer to support clients living in the community, fostering independence and quality of life.
Role Overview
As a Personal Carer you will provide assistance in clients' homes, performing daily living tasks and supporting their care plans.
Responsibilities
* Assist with showering, personal hygiene and meal preparation.
* Help with house cleaning, laundry and ironing.
* Support daily activities in line with the individualised care plan.
* Encourage participation in community activities and provide transportation to appointments or shopping.
* Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the team.
Required Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent.
* Current Australian driver's licence (green provisional minimum).
* Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work.
* Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
* Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks.
