Overview
It Onsite Engineer with Crestron Fusion experience required in Victoria, Australia.
Responsibilities
* Ability to advise and present to one or more customer staff.
* Monitor and control daily service call activity, utilization, inventory levels, and service levels.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Possess advanced knowledge in customer service aptitude.
* Resolve technical problems with hardware, software, and connectivity.
* Troubleshoot customer issues while maintaining agreed service levels for contact and resolution.
* Participate in the configuration and support of internal systems.
* Work effectively with logistics teams.
* Adhere to assigned schedules.
* Follow documented policies, procedures, and processes specific to the service.
* Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely within the appropriate CRM tool.
* Function effectively in a team environment.
* Maintain knowledge levels as industry enhancements occur.
* Support installation and implementation of connectivity and high-end system products.
* Continuously improve service delivery.
* Manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications.
* Experience with PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals, including printers.
* Experience with mobile devices.
* Crestron Fusion: Control meeting room booking panels and other building devices, related to occupancy sensors and booking panels. Physical presence required for troubleshooting and reconfiguration.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience.
* Crestron Fusion experience is compulsory.
* A+ Certification and baseline OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM, Server+).
* PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification.
* CompTIA A+ Certification.
* Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in desktop area.
* Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and the local language.
