Full-time site caretaker position

Site Operations Manager


Downer is seeking Full & Part Time School Site Caretakers/Handpersons to manage daily site operations.


* Supervise and coordinate daily site operations including cleaning, grounds keeping, and general maintenance.

* Ensure all works are completed safely and to The Downer Standard.

* Conduct routine inspections, stocktakes, and audits to ensure compliance with service agreements.


* Previous experience in site, facility, or contractor management.

* Background in maintenance, cleaning, or building operations.

* Understanding of OH&S regulations.

* Current Driver's License.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
