Luxfords Marine Industrial Solutions is a leading marine and industrial parts supplier, servicing retail customers, trade workshops, and OEM boat builders across Australia.
We are the Australian distributor for premium brands including Bowman Heat Exchangers, Savage Heat Exchangers, and Exalto Bearings, and we supply a broad range of respected marine brands such as Vetus, Maxwell, PSS Seals, Hydrive Steering, and more. Our product range and customer base continue to grow.
We’re looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter / Parts Salesperson to join our team.
The Role
This is a sales-focused parts role, working across:
* Walk-in retail and trade customers
* Phone and email enquiries
* OEM customer support
You’ll be helping customers identify the right products, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring stock is managed accurately.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Interpret parts requirements for retail, trade, and OEM customers
* Provide product advice and solutions at the counter, by phone, and via email
* Prepare quotes and convert them into sales orders
* Process invoices and payments
* Manage inventory using Unleashed
* Use Xero for sales invoicing
* Receive, pick, pack, and dispatch stock
* Liaise with Australian and international suppliers
* Support OEM and repeat customers with ongoing supply needs
About You
* Experience as a Parts Interpreter or Parts Salesperson
* Automotive, truck, agricultural, industrial, or marine backgrounds welcomed
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Confident dealing with trade customers
* Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
* Comfortable working with inventory systems
(Experience with Xero and/or Unleashed is highly regarded)
* Marine experience or boating interest is a strong advantage

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
