**The Role**
As a Recruitment Officer with Silk Hospitality, you will ultimately deliver recruitment & hiring activities to your portfolio of key operational and head office positions. Additional responsibilities include;
- End-to-end recruitment activities from brief to first day
- Utilise effective sourcing strategies incl. headhunting techniques
- Coach & mentor hiring managers on recruitment activities
- Utilise market data & reporting to support hiring decisions
- Provide regular updates & reports to managers
- Be an employer brand advocate to support talent attraction
**About You**
- Previous end-to-end white collar & volume hiring experience
- Competent using recruitment technologies & systems
- Ability to multi-task & prioritise
- Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
- Demonstratable problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Flexible & adaptable in a changing & growing environment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
