About The Role
Based at our client's Cardup site, you'll play an integral part in ensuring site operations run smoothly day-to-day. While office duties form 50% of the role, we're looking for someone with solid logistics experience who can confidently coordinate deliveries, stock and internal workflows. You will support both Cardup and Mundijong operations, working closely with internal sales, yard staff and valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily delivery runs and support the logistics workflow
Liaise with internal sales teams, customers and yard staff
Assist with stock control, procurement and maintaining stock levels
Process orders and support general office administration
Manage records, including daily visitor logs
Arrange timely repairs and maintenance for plant and equipment
Support ad-hoc operational needs as required
What You'll Bring
Strong logistics knowledge (within a small to mid-scale, hands-on environment)
A high level of customer service and communication
Confidence using computer systems and learning new processes
A proactive, mature and motivated approach to work
Experience in the timber or building industry is highly desirable
Someone who takes pride in delivering high standards
Ideally located near Cardup for an easy daily commute
Role Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-******pm
Salary: $85,000 + Super
Location: Cardup
