About the Role
Clarence County Council is looking for a customer‐focused Development Information Officer to join our Development and Land Use Planning team. As the first point of contact for planning and building inquiries, you'll play a vital role in shaping positive experiences for the community and industry professionals. You will guide customers through pre‐lodgement and enquiry processes, uplift the quality of development applications, and champion the effective use of the NSW Planning Portal.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice and support for planning and building enquiries.
* Guide customers through pre‐lodgement and enquiry processes.
* Enhance the quality of development applications.
* Advocate the use of the NSW Planning Portal.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver informed development outcomes.
