Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy

This includes developing and executing strategic plans, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
* Benchmarking industry trends and best practices to inform organizational decision-making

Community Engagement
The CEO will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Indigenous communities and government agencies, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
This includes:
* Negotiating partnerships and agreements that promote mutual benefit
* Representing the organization at key events and forums
Financial Management
The CEO will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maximizing resources to drive business growth.
