Senior Sales Leader
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and performance-driven sales professional to lead our sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, securing new business, and delivering against revenue targets.
About the Role:
* Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets
* Build Key Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client connections across corporate, MICE, and agency markets
* Campaigns & Events: Contribute to marketing campaigns, attend industry events, and conduct site inspections and famils
* Negotiation & Conversion: Craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunities into sales
* Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and refine strategies to optimise results
About You:
* Proven experience in a Director of Sales or Sales Management role (MICE/hospitality experience essential)
* Established networks across Melbourne's corporate and conference markets
* Results-focused with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
* Skilled negotiator with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Excellent relationship management and client service skills
* Motivated and proactive, with a positive team-first approach
* Passion for boutique hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
