- Providing high quality customer service through the provision of information, promoting the Venue's products and services and making bookings. Providing advice on products and services to suit customers' needs. Administering bookings from initiation to finalisation including accurately entering client data and preparing documentation for distribution to officers at the Venue for the coordination of booked events. Ensuring compliance of bookings with departmental policies and procedures including booking payments, debt management, data entry standards and records management. Liaising, consulting and maintaining effective relationships with team members, internal and external clients and other stakeholders. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of booking services to deliver a timely and quality service. Supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.Mandatory requirements
