We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage key ICT service desk support functions.
This pivotal role ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused ICT support services to our members.
The ICT Support Team Leader oversees the service desk triage function, including phone-based support, as well as managing a team responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 clinical application support.
Key responsibilities include overseeing service requests, incidents, and problems to maintain service standards and optimise customer satisfaction, as well as analysing performance data to drive continuous improvement.
