Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

* We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document management.
* Assist with marketing campaigns and database management.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
