You'll be at the frontline of IT maximising uptime, delivering proactive support, and creating exceptional user experiences. This isn't just a support role; it's about building relationships, driving improvements, and making technology work seamlessly for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide on-site IT support across hardware, software, and user environments
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues
* Configure user accounts, devices, and applications
* Support industrial and specialist equipment (printers, scanners, rugged devices, A/V systems, networking)
* Deliver VIP support and build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance, training, and proactive solutions
* Work closely with vendors and IT teams to drive incident resolution and service improvements
* Contribute to projects, process improvements, and innovation initiatives
Skills and experience
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in IT (technical support / services environment)
* Strong skills in: Windows 10 & 11, device & hardware support, printer troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, Microsoft Office 365 and Intune & SCCM
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
* Ability to support both technical and non-technical users
* Australian Driver's Licence (site travel required)
* ITIL certification or experience highly regarded
