About The Role
You will lead the organisation's content strategy, delivering high-quality editorial, copywriting and digital content across all channels. This role is responsible for shaping our brand voice, producing engaging social media content, and ensuring consistent, impactful storytelling that supports organisational goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead editorial direction and copywriting across all PHN channels, including digital publications, PHN Talk blog and social media platforms.
* Coordinate the annual Year in Review, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery.
* Develop and implement the organisation's content strategy and social media strategy to strengthen engagement and brand presence.
* Provide editorial and copywriting support to program teams across the PHN.
* Review and refine website content to ensure accuracy, consistency and strong messaging.
* Deliver communications support and advice to program teams, including developing tailored communication strategies and plans.
Qualifications And Experience
* Tertiary qualification in corporate communications, public relations, journalism or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* At least two years' experience in a similar communications or content-focused role.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solid understanding of editorial processes.
* High proficiency in CMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
* Experience using digital marketing systems and managing social media platforms.
* Design skills, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), are highly desirable.
