Location: Arrernte – Alice Springs
Overview
The role supports research in "Tackling Antimicrobial Resistance in Remote Australia (TARRA)" and provides high‐level administrative, project coordination and research support for research activities in remote and rural health settings.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive research and administrative support, including data collection, qualitative interviews, and research data management.
* Coordinate project activities, communications and stakeholder engagement to support research delivery and collaboration.
* Assist with grant administration, including budget monitoring, reporting and compliance requirements.
* Support the planning and execution of research projects and strategic initiatives, contributing to improved research outcomes and impact.
Qualifications
* Highly organised and proactive professional with strong research and administrative capabilities.
* Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
* Proven ability to provide high‐level administrative and research support, including data collection, analysis and reporting.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* SOUND judgment and analytical skills to interpret policies, manage information and solve problems.
* Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and commitment to inclusive, community‐focused outcomes.
Prescribed Conditions for Employment
Successful completion of a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check. A Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) is also required, as the position involves child‐related work.
